Terms of Sale
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY! IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT ORDER THE PRODUCT.
These Terms of Sale (“Agreement”) apply to your purchase of products and/or services (together, “Product”) sold by "Maison de Luxe". You agree to these terms by placing your order.
This is a binding agreement. As an Agreement between "Maison de Luxe" and yourself, it may NOT be altered, supplemented or amended by any other document unless the new document is signed by both you and "Maison de Luxe". In addition to this document, the terms contained within the other "Maison de Luxe" documents referenced in this Agreement, including Return Policy and Consumer Warranties may apply to your purchase.
Orders, Pricing and Payments. "Maison de Luxe" strives to communicate accurate pricing and product information but will not be held responsible for any pricing, typographical, or other errors in such communications. Your order is subject to cancellation by "Maison de Luxe", in "Maison de Luxe's" sole discretion. Unless otherwise agreed to by "Maison de Luxe", payment must be received by "Maison de Luxe" prior to our acceptance of an order. "Maison de Luxe" may process payment for and ship parts of an order separately.
Non-Refundable Deposit. Buyer acknowledges that the Deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.
Shipping. Product title passes to you when the Product is shipped. You have 24 hours upon receiving your shipment to notify "Maison de Luxe" of any missing, wrong, or damaged portion of your purchase or "Maison de Luxe" cannot be held responsible for these issues. Sales tax is applicable for all orders shipped within the state of California. Unless you provide "Maison de Luxe" with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and the Product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order.
International buyers are subject to customs taxes and surcharges. We are not responsible for any import duties/customs taxes. Shipments that are rejected or not collected by the buyer will not be refunded the shipping and processing costs.
Returns. All Sales are FINAL. No exceptions. FINAL SALE occurs when payment is made and processed by our credit card company or when a bank wire is received. "Maison de Luxe" strives to maintain the quality and integrity of all our Products. Due to the value of our Products and to protect all potential customers, "Maison de Luxe" does not accept returns. It is your responsibility to make sure the Product is adequate/suitable before purchasing.
Warranties. All products are sold "as is". As a re-seller of luxury goods, "Maison de Luxe" does not provide any warranties of any kind. Any warranties or concerns with the workmanship of the brand should be discussed with the brand manufacturer. To help avoid any issues with your purchase, please review both the description and photos of each Product.
